Eventually, the three employees appeared from behind a partition. We were initially engaged by employee A. While we were being checked out, another employee (B) walks up with a phone and they have a conversation, i believe it was about break time - (hello, customer is right here), employee A takes the phone, and begins talking, rings up the ham before we can let her know we wanted the turkey too...While talking on the phone, she hands us the receipt and walks away still talking on the phone...so we tell employee B we would like to take advantage of the $3 off turkey deal. He states we can't because we already purchased a ham and that doesn't count unless we purchase another ham! So, thinking it must be something in the point of sale system, I ask him to simply refund the ham and start over. "I don't know how to do that!" he replies and steps back. Finally, employees A comes back from her phone call and says she can do that as employee B grabs his jacket and bolts out the door... Avoid this location.
