Keali G - the manager here is pathetic with her behavior with customers. Customer Service and Politeness is something Nautica needs to teach its frontline managers..
That's what they should do best, rest anyways is taken care by the company by maintaining quality of their clothing line.
Had a horrible experience with the manager - Keali G at this store. Would probably never go back to this store for her behavior & rudeness.
